Rising Stars Molly Cooper and Cory Cook fly the GB flag at the Austrian Classics

Two of Great Britain's brightest rising stars, Cory Cook and Molly Cooper were among the medals at the WAKO Kickboxing World Cup Austrian Classics earlier this month.

The Team Top Ten UK fighters both added another prestigious title to their ever growing list of martial arts honours.

It will come as no surprise to report Elijah Everill and Chris Aston each also came away with 1st place trophies and an Austrian Classics title.

Recent feature Cory added to his impressive Junior Grand Championship title by defeating German Dominik Meyer in the final of the -63kg division.

His teammate Molly Cooper claimed the title at -55kg, beating Italian Luna Mendey in the final.

Elijah Everill took third place in the Men's Grand Championship but moved to the top step in his -79kg points fighting division. He bested Huseyin Semerci from Germany in the final.

Meanwhile Chris Aston could take only a third place in -94kg, though he more than made up for it with victory in the heavyweight +94kg, beating home fighter Johannes Weninger in the title decider.

Todd Davison and Marcin Mazur both added medals to the GB total in the Light Contact divisions. Davison lost out to Hungarian Gergo Szaraz at Lightweight (-57kg) whilst Mazur's Bronze came in the heabier -89kg category.
