MMA fan favourite Michael 'Venom' Page has confirmed, after several weeks social media arguments, he will next face Richard Kiely at Bellator Dublin on September 27th.
Having not fought since his brutal knockout by Douglas Lima in May, Page will no doubt see this as the perfect opportunity to silence his critics, Kiely among them.
Irishman Kiely is, like MVP a former Kickboxer, however he holds a much less impressive record both in Kickboxing and professional MMA. The self proclaimed 'Face of Bellator' has recently entered into a social media hate campaign against Page, who has hit back and now agreed to settle things inside the cage.
With Page suffering his first professional defeat at the hands of Lima, he carries a 14-1 record and will line up against an inexperienced record, Kiely has taken 3 wins and a single defeat in his MMA career.
The highly anticipated bout will take place in Dublin on the 27th of September. Richard Kiely is a huge underdog but does have home advantage. Having called out one of the stars of his sport, he has absolutely nothing to lose.
