Taekwondo star Bianca Walkden has won the first World Taekwondo Grand Slam Series, walking away with an eye watering £52,000 in prize money.

Jackie Galloway of the USA, her final opponent, was dispatched 10-2 over five 2 minute rounds.

Her journey to the +67KG final included an 11-0 win over Nafia Kus and a 14-1 success against South Korean An Saebom.

It wasn't to be for Olympic hero Jade Jones though.

Jones took part in the -57KG category where she was defeated by eventual winner Irem Yaman on a golden point.
